What's this here Bluegrass Web all about?

The Bluegrass Web is dedicated to the Bluegrass, Traditional, and Classic Country music communities. Our mission is to provide free services for and to create, and grow a thriving online community for all fans, bands, festivals, and events. I can do this by providing community based websites for these venues. These websites and services I provide for free.

I have noticed a complete lack of websites and online communities for these interest that I have. Or what I did find were basic and pretty sad websites, or cluttered My Space pages. Most people don't have good websites because they lack the skills, or don't want to pay the exorbitant amounts of money that other website builders want for their services. Most places want $800.00 to several thousand dollars to build a website. That also doesn't include the monthly maintenance fees they stick you with as well. Other than the time to build the website. Which is usually just a few hours for me. The cost for hosting and maintaining a website is almost nothing. My web developers account allows me to host as many websites as I want for just a few bucks a month. Domains can be purchased for almost nothing as well. So as you can see, I'm not in it to make a living or looking to get any side income from it. I like doing computer graphics, and websites as a hobby. Maybe a few tickets to some of the festivals and concerts every once in awhile though. Or a discount would be nice as well. I want to expand the Internet presence for the music that I love so dearly.

This is what I can provide for you.

A stylish website that is based on the PHP Nuke Platinum CMS “Content Management System” software. Just like what this very website is run on. This type of website is far superior to any regular HTML based or My Space page you could ever get.

This is what this website includes.

1. With this website package you can run and support an entire online community. You can even run an online marketplace for your goods and wares with a Pay-Pal account. Pay-Pal makes your online store easy and hassle free. You will be able to accept any credit card as well as online checks – bank account drafts ( ACH ) with Pay-Pal safely and securely. 9. Email, your site can have 4 email accounts. You can use MS outlook, MS Outlook Express, Mozilla Firebird, or any other email application to access these email accounts. But you can still use any existing email account that you currently have.

10. ME! I am here to monitor and help you keep your site updated and maintained. As well as provide an over watch to what everyone is doing on your site. I can take instant action to warn or permanently ban someone from the website if their action or activity warrants it.
